Required Admission Documents
Photocopy of GCE A/Level/Bac or equivalent
Applicants must provide a clear photocopy of their GCE A-Level, Baccalaureate, or equivalent qualification as proof of eligibility for admission
Photocopy of GCE O/Level/Probatoire or equivalent
Submit a copy of your GCE O-Level or Probatoire results, or equivalent, to verify your foundational academic qualifications for program entry
Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Provide a photocopy of your birth certificate to confirm your legal identity and age for admission and enrollment purposes.
Photocopy of ID Card
A photocopy of a valid national or government-issued ID is required to verify the applicant’s identity during registration.
Equivalence of any foreign certificate/Diploma
Applicants with foreign certificates or diplomas must submit an official equivalence document to ensure their qualifications meet Fomic Polytechnic standards.
Photocopy of Grade Report/transcript of first year for students integrating into second year
Students joining the second year must provide first-year transcripts to verify prior academic performance and eligibility for advanced placement.
A folder with your name and department
Prepare a labeled folder containing all your documents, clearly marked with your name and chosen department for organized submission.
Digital passport size photo shall be taken by FPU upon registration
A professional digital passport-size photo will be taken by Fomic Polytechnic University during registration for official student records and identification.
HND – Higher National Diploma
