Fomic Polytechnic Accreditation
Fomic Polytechnic University (FPU) is a fully accredited and officially recognized institution of higher learning under the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Cameroon (MINESUP), headed by Professor Jacques FAME NDONGO. This accreditation affirms our legitimacy, institutional integrity, and dedication to academic excellence. It also reflects our firm commitment to upholding the national standards of higher education established by the Government of Cameroon. Fomic Polytechnic was officially established and authorized by the Government of Cameroon through the following ministerial instruments:
Decree Establishing the Institution: No. 12/0638/MINESUP of November 23, 2012
Authorization to Open: No. 13/0584/MINESUP of December 2, 2013
These decrees, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, grant Fomic Polytechnic the legal right to operate as a Private Higher Education Institution in Cameroon. They confirm that our academic programs, infrastructure, administrative capacity, and institutional governance meet the national standards required for university-level education.
