Our cutting-edge curriculum spans the spectrum of legal studies and international relations both at the undergraduate level and the post-graduate level. Consequently, providing a thorough grounding in the principles governing the fundamental areas of the common law and civil law and through this, to develop the power of analyses, critical thought and an in-depth understanding of the theory and practical experience of legal knowledge to enable them operate within the bijural context of Cameroon and beyond.
The Faculty of Law and International Relations at FOMIC Polytechnic University is committed to cultivating critical thinkers, skilled advocates, and globally minded professionals who uphold justice and lead with integrity. Under the leadership of Dr. Ada Mbia Ekolok, the faculty combines rigorous academic study with real-world application to shape future policymakers, diplomats, and legal practitioners.
The Faculty is organized into two departments — Law, and International Relations — offering the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Bachelor of Science in Conflict, Peace and Security at undergraduate level, and postgraduate degrees including the Master of Laws (Business Law and International Law), the Professional Master in International Criminal Justice, the Master of Science in Conflict, Peace and Security, and the Professional Master in Conflict, Peace and Security.
Through intensive coursework, research, and simulation exercises, students gain a deep understanding of legal systems, global governance, and international diplomacy. The Faculty equips graduates with the legal knowledge, analytical precision, and ethical grounding needed to make meaningful contributions in national and global arenas.
